About this course
This course is designed for freight forwarder staff involved in processing air cargo or mail (other than dangerous goods), or handling, storage and loading of cargo or mail.

- 1Introduction; definition of Dangerous Goods / IATA DGR
- 2Legal requirements in Hong Kong
- 3Shipper’s & Operator’s responsibility
- 4Forbidden / Hidden Dangerous Goods
- 5DG carried by passengers or crew
- 6Classification, identification, packing, marks and labels
- 7Shipper’s declaration / Air waybill
- 8Warehouse handling, emergency procedures, reporting
- 9Test (30 minutes, passing mark 80%)
